Port Royal Road - Buckner Lane Intersection

The City of Spring Hill has identified Port Royal Road as in need of multiple updates between Saturn Parkway and Duplex Road. The first of these updates is the planned reconfiguration of the intersection of Port Royal Road and Buckner Lane.

The new configuration of the intersection will include dedicated left and right turn lanes, instead of only one lane for turning and through traffic. It will also eliminate hard turn movements at the intersection and allow for a more curved transition. 

Sidewalks will be added along with pedestrian crossings. 

This project is currently in the Right-of-way acquisition phase with construction anticipated to start in late 2025. The project is estimated to take 18 months after construction begins.
