Paving Projects 25-26

On July 7, 2025, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) voted to approve a list of paving projects for Fiscal Year 2026.

Rogers Group was selected to carry out the paving projects across the city. With a 10% contingency included, the total cost was estimated at $4,262,118.30, which is being paid from the budgeted funds in State Street Aid Fund ($1,837,076.00) and the General Fund ($3,500,000.00).

The following neighborhoods and roadways are included in this round of repaving:

  • Anderson Acres Subdivision
  • Autumn Ridge Subdivision
  • Campbell Station Subdivision
  • Creekwood Heights Subdivision
  • Jackson Jones Subdivision
  • Meadowbrook Subdivision
  • Sutherland Subdivision
  • Whispering Woods Subdivision
  • Buckner Road
  • Denning Lane

These areas were identified as a result of an annual assessment by Spring Hill Public Works, examining all roads in the city:

The streets chosen for repaving fall under the very poor and/or poor category.

Any remaining funds from these projects will be used for miscellaneous paving projects that need to be repaired throughout FY 2026.
