Graig Temple, Fire Chief

Chief Victor "GRAIG" Temple started his Fire Service career in 1990 as a 4th generation firefighter in Millville, Delaware. There, he served in numerous officer roles including Fire Chief, and remains a Lifetime Member of that Department. Chief Temple obtained his Paramedic Certification in 1996 from the Tidewater Community College in Virginia and worked as a Paramedic for Sussex County EMS for nearly eight years before being hired by the Ocean City Fire Department in Maryland where he was a Shift Commander/Lieutenant until 2010. Chief Temple taught at the Delaware State Fire School specializing in Basic Firefighting Skills and EMT courses during this same time. After moving from the east coast to Texas, Chief Temple taught paramedic students as a Clinical Educator and was a Paramedic Supervisor while he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University. From 2013-2015 Chief Temple moved to Alaska as the Assistant Fire Chief of Operations for the Municipality of Anchorage before returning to Texas and assuming the role of Chief of EMS for a large Texas County. Chief Temple simultaneously continued his fire service passion as a Fire Lieutenant for the Volunteer Division at the City of Stafford Fire Department. Chief Temple holds a Master's Degree in Emergency Services Management, is credentialed as a Fire Service Chief Executive Officer from the Texas A&M Mays Business School, and has numerous other certifications in Fire, Rescue, and EMS disciplines.

Kevin Glenn, Deputy Fire Chief

Deputy Fire Chief Kevin Glenn began his career working full-time for Bedford County EMS for four years and was hired by Spring Hill Fire Department in 2004. He is a graduate of Page High School and obtained his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from Columbia State Community College. Kevin moved through the ranks to Battalion Chief and in 2021 was promoted to Deputy Fire Chief.

Deputy Chief Glenn resides on a farm just outside the City limits of Spring Hill with his wife, Sarah, and two daughters. He spends most of his time outside hay farming and acting as a truck driver and stable hand for his two daughters who barrel race.

Captain Lisa Burns 

Administrative Captain Lisa Burns began her fire service career in 1986 as a full-time paid Firefighter/EMT for Orange County Fire Department in Orange County, Florida. She has over 30 years of experience in the suppression side of the fire service. Joining Spring Hill Fire Department in 2017, Lisa is the Administrative Captain to the department, handling budget, accounts payable, uniforms, and logistics.
