    • Online: You can make a reservation through Recdesk. You will create an account, choose an available date on the Winchester Community Center facility calendar, and then complete the reservation request process. Once your reservation request has been approved, you will have three business days to pay the rental fee, which finalizes your reservation.
    • In-person: Visit the Spring Hill Community Senior Center at 563 Maury Hill Street during business hours Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. Complete the rental paperwork packet for an available date, present photo ID, and pay the rental fee by cash, card, or check to finalize your reservation.

  • The event rental fee is $200 for each reserved day, regardless of event timing. Payment is due within three days of the online reservation request being approved. Reservations unpaid after three days will be subject to cancellation. For in-person reservations, payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Credit card payments are subject to an additional $6.10 processing fee.

  • Rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Available dates will appear with a green “Reserve” button on the facility reservation calendar. Events may be scheduled as early as 8am and must be concluded by 10pm.

  • Yes, the Winchester Community Center has tables and chairs renters may use for events. We ask that renters clean tables and chairs and put them away once the reservation has concluded. Please stow chairs correctly according to the posted sign for convenience and safety reasons.

    • 100 black folding chairs
    • 20 rectangular 6-ft folding tables
    • 7 round 5-ft folding tables

  • Yes, the Winchester Community Center kitchen includes:

    • Refrigerator with freezer
    • Electric range (stovetop and oven)
    • Microwave

  • Yes, while photos of the facility can be seen in the slideshow below, those looking to see the space in person may drop by the Spring Hill Community Senior Center during business hours and ask staff for a walkthrough of the downstairs. Walkthroughs may be unavailable if there is a meeting ongoing downstairs. You are welcome to call ahead to inquire about timing for a walkthrough.

  • The Winchester Community Center and the Spring Hill Community Senior Center both operate out of the same building located at 563 Maury Hill Street. The Winchester Community Center is the lower level, accessible on the back side of the building from Toone Prados Street. The Senior Center is the upper level, accessible on the front of the building from Maury Hill street.

  • We recommend free-standing and tabletop decorations, as fixing decorations to walls or ceilings with adhesives, pins, screws, etc. is not allowed.
