[ARCHIVED] Library construction postponed to reevaluate Northfield facility

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen on June 3 voted to postpone awarding a library construction contract that would renovate space at the City-owned Northfield Complex while having a third party conduct a financial assessment of the Northfield building.
