Miles of new sidewalks have been built through the City of Spring Hill Neighborhood Sidewalk Program by annually putting aside dollars that allow neighborhoods to submit sidewalk project proposals and financially partner with the City to put needed walkways from where they live to nearby schools and retail centers. Six new sidewalk projects were selected to be constructed in the 2017-18 fiscal year. These are the project names: Rutherford Downs, Cherry Grove Addition, Derryberry Lane, Crowne Pointe HOA, Spring Hill Place HOA, Belshire, and Haynes' Crossing.
