The city plans to extend the existing Crossings Circle South in front of the movie theater further east to Kedron Road, creating a second entrance into The Crossings. A team of engineering consultants have proposed three possible routes, each having a different impact on the adjacent Civil War battlefield. The road is proposed to be named Luther Bradley Parkway.
