The City of Spring Hill is providing the following notice in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 5, Section 517 of the Municipal Code.
This section of the code provides for an automatic annual adjustment for Roadway Impact Fees based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost index.

The City of Spring Hill is providing the following notice in accordance with Resolution 22-262. This resolution provides for an automatic annual adjustment for Building Permit Fees based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
The fees will be increased by the CPI or 2% whichever is greatest. Effective January 1, 2024, the new fee for residential building permits will now be $ .46 per square foot under roof, including storage areas accessible by permanent stairways/doorways.
The City of Spring Hill has requested and received an exemption from minimum statewide building construction safety standards for commercial buildings. This will allow the City to perform inspections in-house instead of contracting the services out.
