Willowvale Subdivision Traffic Calming

UPDATE: The Willowvale traffic calming project has been completed as of August 14.

UPDATE: Due to heavy rain throughout the month of July, the traffic calming project in the Willowvale Subdivision has been extended for two more weeks.

Originally slated to be completed by July 31, the project is now projected to be finished by August 14.

Several inches of rain delayed portions of the construction timeline.

Further updates on the project will be announced here.

The City of Spring Hill is preparing to begin a traffic calming project in the Willowvale Subdivision.

The project, which is set to begin on July 10 and end by July 31, will require a road closure and detour in the immediate area.

Starting July 10, Harvey Springs Drive will be closed at Miles Johnson Parkway. Residents will be required to take a detour through Commonwealth Drive when entering or leaving the neighborhood.

Signage will be in place at the construction site and along the detour routes.
