UPDATE: The outside billing services provider that failed to send your utility bill on time this month has now sent it late… and included a late fee! You do not owe a late fee and will not be penalized for this vendor’s mistakes. The City is spreading out the payment schedule as follows because none of this is your fault:
- September bills are due NOVEMBER 10.
- October bills are due DECEMBER 1.
- November bills are due DECEMBER 17
