Become a litter prevention advocate for your community! Win cash awards! Even earn TN Promise hours!
By reporting your progress to the City, you will be eligible for cash awards presented at the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce's "State of the Schools" address in October. The winners will also receive special recognition from the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at the next meeting.

Here is how to participate...
Step 1:
You must be under the age of 18 or applying for TN Promise.
Step 2:
Have your parent/legal guardian print and complete this Permission Slip and Waiver of Liability and return them to City Hall, 199 Town Center Pkwy, Spring Hill, TN 37174.
Step 3:
Meet up with the Keep Spring Hill Clean group on the 3rd Saturday of every month, or... Go solo!

Step 4.
Use this Litter Pick-up Report to record your progress. Have your parent or legal guardian sign it and return it to City Hall. If you are also using your litter pickup to fulfill TN Promise hours, you will need to bring in the appropriate forms as well.
