As Spring Hill’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen considers whether to create the City’s own Industrial Development Corporation, an economic development tool used by many cities across Tennessee and the nation (including some of Spring Hill’s neighbors), City staff has created this presentation to provide general information for all citizens.
