City Beer Permits

Spring Hill Municipal Code Title 8 Chapter 2 requires that any person or business wishing to sell beer within the Spring Hill City limits obtain a Spring Hill Beer Permit. All applicants must complete a Beer Permit Application and a “Notice to Beer Permit Holders” form. The application will be rejected if any question on either of these forms is left blank.

The beer application and a fee of $250 must be submitted to the City Recorder by the fifth of the month in order to be considered that month. (Example: If you submit your application and pay the fee by January 5, you will be on the Beer Board Agenda in January, if not, it will be placed on the February agenda.)
