Utility Billing Department
This office is responsible for the billing of monthly water, sewer, garbage, recycling and storm water fees for Spring Hill residents and businesses.

To set up water service at a new home or business, or newly purchased home or business, please complete a Water Service Application & Agreement and submit it to our office with payment for the one time connection fee of $50.  If you have had water service with the City of Spring Hill in the past, then you do not have to pay the $50 connection fee; this is a one time fee for new customers only.

If you have an outstanding balance from a previous water account, then this balance must be paid in full BEFORE service will be connected at your new address.
