The Winchester Community Facility is available for rent for parties, showers, receptions or any other type of social gathering.  The facility contains approximately 75 chairs and 19 tables that users are free to configure seating to their liking.  The facility also provides a kitchen area with a stove, microwave and refrigerator; cooking utensils are not included. 

Reservations

To make a reservation for the Winchester Community Facility you must first call the park office at 931-487-0027 to confirm reservation dates.  Once a date is confirmed and blocked for your use, the following reservation form will need to be submitted. Reservation Form

Reservation Fees

$75 per day rental fee and $125 damage/cleaning deposit.

Facility Rules

• Renters must be Spring Hill residents
• No alcoholic beverages
• May not be used for profit making events
• No loud amplified music
• Renters are required to clean the facility after use
• Decorations may not be attached to the walls using tape, nails, tacks or staples
