The Spring Hill Police Department is once again sponsoring the ‘Giving Tree‘ in partnership with Spring Hill Fresh.
SHPD has sponsored a gift-giving event every year to help ensure Christmas gifts for hundreds of local needy, elementary school children who might not have anything under the tree otherwise.
This year, the focus of the ‘Giving Tree‘ will expanded to also help local Veterans and elderly who have been identified as needing some help this Christmas!
Each year they have served approximately 100 children with the help of our community, local businesses and civic organizations donating gifts and money.
You and/or your business can sponsor a child, military veteran, or senior by signing up for a gift on the online Giving Tree sign-up sheet found at the link below. We will continue to add to this list up until our cut-off date.

TN Commission on Aging & Disability, Tennessee’s SHIP, (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) will be at the Spring Hill Library weekly during open enrollment for free Medicare counseling. For those 65 or older, this is the only time to make changes to your medical and prescription options. To make an appointment for personalized counseling, call 877-801-0044 for this or a nearby location. Tuesday Mornings, Oct. 16- Dec 4.

An art class for ages 4 to 94. Come and create your own original piece of art while experimenting with a variety of art supplies and techniques. Marcela Espejo will lead you through making a new project for each class. No sign up necessary.
