  1. Spring Hill Police Department 2018 "Giving Tree"

    November 19, 2018 - December 18, 2018

    The Spring Hill Police Department is once again sponsoring the ‘Giving Tree‘ in partnership with Spring Hill Fresh. SHPD has sponsored a gift-giving event every year to help ensure Christmas gifts for hundreds of local needy, elementary school children who might not have anything under the tree otherwise. This year, the focus of the ‘Giving Tree‘ will expanded to also help local Veterans and elderly who have been identified as needing some help this Christmas! Each year they have served approximately 100 children with the help of our community, local businesses and civic organizations donating gifts and money. You and/or your business can sponsor a child, military veteran, or senior by signing up for a gift on the online Giving Tree sign-up sheet found at the link below. We will continue to add to this list up until our cut-off date.

    Join a Christmas holiday songfest with Spring Hill’s HarMoniX Chorale and guitarist/vocalist and historian Wally Hebert. Enjoy (and sing along with) hymns, carols, and holiday songs spanning over a millennium and centered around the advent season. The program ranges from ancient Christian hymns and carols illuminated by Wally Hebert to today’s energetic favorites, featuring the beautiful blended voices of Spring Hill's HarMoniX Chorale members under the direction of Cheri Hughes.
