  1. 10th Annual Spring Hill Pay It Forward Festival

    The 10th Annual Spring Hill Pay It Forward Festival is an all-day event encouraging the community to “Live forward, Give forward, and Pay it forward." Sponsored by General Motors-UAW 1853 and presented by SpringHillFresh.com – a pro-local community and business media source – it’s one of Spring Hill’s biggest events of the year, attracting nearly 14,000 people last year. It's being held a little later in the summer this year, and there will be plenty of water related activities to cool off! Activities will include kid fishing, football, bubble ball soccer, obstacle courses, health screenings, sports clinics, sack races, arts and crafts, a food court, a giant slip-and-slide, top-notch live music, a youth Battle of the Bands contest, and much more.

  3. Spring Hill Chamber Monthly Networking Luncheon

This month's guest speaker will be Paul and Kate Hickey speaking on "Demystifying Digital Marketing - Strategies and Tactics to Efficiently Communicate your Message and Grow your Audience." They will discuss capturing your audience's attention, using competitive data, Google Adwords & GA Express, local search engine optimization (SEO), and using Google Analytics to inform your next marketing actions. Kate has a passion for creative and effective social media marketing. Keeping up with digital & social media consumer trends, Kate looks to drive web traffic for her customers through data analysis. Kate has been working alongside Paul as a support system and consultant for the inception of Data Driven Design, started by Paul in 2016. Paul has grown businesses via digital strategy and internet marketing for over 10 years. He's passionate about quantifying marketing actions based on real data.

  4. Maury County Fair opens today

    The gates open for the 2017 Maury County Fair, themed "Blue Ribbon Memories," at 4 p.m. and the Midway opens at 5 p.m. The opening night promotions include: Student Ticket Night (K-12 students free admission), two for $22 (2 armbands for $22 purchased in Midway).     . For teens and tweens. Come and create a replica of famous abstract expressionist artist Jackson Pollock's art piece titled "Galaxy". This artist is known for his “action painting” technique which was known for having no precise plan. The picture emerged out of the process of painting itself. Pollock would drip paint onto a canvas using unconventional tools such as sticks, hard brushes and syringes looking to create a large energetic piece of abstract work. Sign up with link.
