Hours of Operation

The Spring Hill Bark Park will be open everyday daylight to dark.

Rules and Regulations

• Dogs must wear a collar with current license and vaccination tags at all times. (Municipal Code 3-202)
• Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the facility and gates must be closed behind you.
• Dogs with aggressive behavior are not permitted. Dogs must be removed at the first sign of aggressive behavior.

• Dogs that exhibit excessive barking must be removed. (Municipal Code 3-205)
• Dogs must be spayed or neutered to help alleviate aggressive behavior.

• Owners must clean up dog waste immediately. Bag containers are provided and refilled by users supplying their extra ------grocery bags.
• Owners must keep their leash in hand at all times.
• Owners must be in the fenced area and with in view of their dog at all times.
• Owners must fill in any holes your dog digs.
• Owners must remove all dog toys when they leave.
• Owners are not permitted to have more than 3 dogs per person.
• Owners are not permitted to bring food into the facility. Training treats are permitted.
• Owners are not permitted to groom their dogs at the facility.
• Owners under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Owners are responsible for the acts of their dogs. Park users and dog owners assume all risks related to use of the --------facility.

• The City of Spring Hill shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the park.
• Failure to abide by the park rules and regulations will result in loss of privileges.

• Maximum of 25 dogs in the facility at one time.
• If others are waiting please limit your time to 1/2 hour.
