Effective with the February 2019 utility bill due on March 15, City of Spring Hill utility customers must be completely current with their accounts in order to avoid discontinuation of service. Please review your utility accounts to make sure they are paid in full to avoid a disruption in service and a reconnection fee.
As usual, we will send late notices mid-month. Robo-calls also will be made to those customers for whom we have telephone numbers.
As a reminder, payments may be made via check, credit card, bank draft and online. Cash payments are accepted inside City Hall, and a payment drop box is available in front of City Hall.
You may sign up for digital billing to receive your bills by email the day they are generated by our Utility Billing office, rather than having to wait for them to be mailed, by visiting our website, www.springhilltn.org. Simply complete and submit the email billing request form, and you will receive your bill approximately 5-7 days sooner by using e-mail billing.
This advance notice is being provided to assist our utility customers in planning ahead.
