Congratulations to the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance (USA) on celebrating the grand opening of its new headquarters in Spring Hill today! The USA's decision to locate its new state-of-the-art facility in the former Saturn Bank building adjacent to the Northfield facility was the result of a successful City of Spring Hill economic development effort.
The union-dedicated nonprofit’s nationwide mission is “to unite the union community for conservation and the protection of North America’s outdoor heritage." Its members “hunt, fish, shoot and volunteer their skills for conservation.” The Alliance relied heavily on skilled union labor to transform the building into a private mini-campus with 6,100 square feet of office space and a 4,600-square-foot warehouse. The USA does a wide range of conservation projects nationwide and will be starting some in Spring Hill as well.
