    Spring Hill City Hall will be closed Monday, July 4, in observance of U.S. Independence Day. The Fourth of July is observed as a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, by the Continental Congress declaring that the 13 American colonies regarded themselves as a new nation, the United States of America, and no longer part of the British Empire.

  2. Spring Hill 4th of July Bike Parade

    Bring the kids out for a fun Independence Day event as the Spring Hill Parks and Recreation Department hosts its 12th Annual Independence Day Bike Parade. Those wishing to participate should meet at the Spring Hill Post Office, 223 Town Center Parkway, at 8:30 a.m. July 4. The parade will end at Evans Park, where participants will enjoy refreshments provided by McDonalds of Maury Country. This particular parade is intended for kids to decorate their bicycle, scooter or wagon. It is not for motorized vehicles, other than kids' power wheels.

If you are interested in antiques and vintage items, dealers will offer primitives, 19th century furniture, rare advertising items, delicate table linens and quilts, cast iron, glassware and even vintage clothing! Artisans will offer handcrafted pottery and jewelry designers will be on site showcasing their unique works-of-art sure to become collector’s items. Are you more interested in fun and whimsical repurposed or upcycled items? Creative vendors offer furniture and décor for your home and garden using salvaged wood, iron, tin and glass. Take a break from shopping, enjoy lunch from one of the on-site food vendors while listening to live music on the shady lawn near the fountain. Tours of the historic mansion will also be available.
