This month's speaker is Kari Chunn, Regional Vice President for the Better Business Bureau (BBB), who will be speaking about "a great customer experience will begin or end with your employees’ interactions with the customer. Mrs. Chunn will present a synopsis of the BBB's Customer Experience training designed to give employees the skills and confidence to identify customers' needs, solve their problems quickly and respectfully while neutralizing any negative comments about your brand.
